Gas Engines
Chroma-Ator Gas Engines are suitable to run on fuel like CNG, PNG, Bio Gas and Special Gases. Indian range for Chroma-Ator Gas Engines are from 10HP to 170HP. Our natural gas engines are CPCB Approved.

Dual Fuel System (Patent Applied)
Dual fuel is concurrent combustion of two fuels ie. Methane based fuel and Diesel are consumed in coexistence to run the engine. On dual fuel mode, the engine is able to operate either on a mixture of diesel and methane fuels or on 100% diesel fuel. In no circumstances, the engine is able to operate on gaseous fuels exclusively. This solution is available for vehicle as well as stationary engines.

Composite Dispensing Unit (Patent Applied)
Chroma-ator has created innovative solutions such as the cng mobile refueling units, which can supply CNG/LNG in areas without gas pipelines. Our patented composite integrated dispensing unit is the most secure option, capable of dispensing approximately 1750 kgs of gas in one filling. Our pioneering technology operates without electricity and combines storage, booster and dispenser into one integrated product. This offering complements our cng engine and generator business. At present these CDUs are available in 1*1 mtr. Footprint AND 3*1 mtr. Footprint
Mobile Refuelling Unit (Patent Applied)
When the CNG trailer is at the remote station site, the booster pump installed on the trailer works compressing the gas into the high pressure banks of second cascade @250 bar (low and high) and simultaneously it can refuel the vehicles through CNG Dispenser having two arms. The CNG Dispenser is provided with two mass flow meter (FT) that allows to measure the actual gas sold to the final user in Kgs. The Pneumatic pump requires compressed air at 5-6 bar to fill the high pressure bank of the second cascade.
